  Absolutely terrible. I spotted the car via TrueCar and their website, a 2010 Chrysler Sebring for $4500 that looked promising. A rep called the next AM to confirm interest in the car and tell me it's in stock at the price it was listed for. Scheduled appointment to see the car the next day (in this case, 4/9/2016). Morning of, dealership contacts to confirm appointment. Rep tells me it is ready for me to see/test drive. Later, I'm on my way, rep calls me again to ask if I came in. I arrive, I met Mark "Chef" Topps. "Chef" (it says on his business card) has me sit down. Two minutes in, he mysteriously cannot find the keys because it is in a different location. Then, his other co-worker comes to him and alerts me that the car is in their "body shop" and will be there for the next three weeks. Not only that, when the "work" (assuming it's actually there) is "completed", the cost of the vehicle will be more than it was listed on both their own website and TrueCar. So either the price of $4500 was wrong to start with (yet they confirmed three different times by their reps who called me, not the other way around) or "Chef" was incompetent and a liar. Maybe a combination of all three at work. He tried to steer me into buying another vehicle at a similar price, but at that point I had no interest in doing any level of business with their location. Just awful. And that was on top of seeing other customers social security numbers on receipt forms on the table in full view for me or anyone else to see. Would you feel comfortable with that info just laying around? The D- grade given to them by the BBB is well earned and should be lower than that.

  I can spot bad salesmen on site and these are the worst group of salesmen I've ever encountered. I purchased a Sebring to later find out the speedometer light didn't work and the trade in was in poor condition which means THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN THEIR USED VEHICLES. They are good with false advertising, extremely strict loan companies with high interest and taking your down payment money when you actually never needed a down payment to begin with.

  Wish i could give no stars. Truely a horrible experience. Do not waste your time. Did a financial application online. Was contacted by Sean Dale, internet sales representative. He told me I would be approved for a loan. Even though I have no credit established, get paid cash, and have no co signer. So I set an appointment to go. Was contacted everal times to confirm that I'd be going on the date set. Also, I had asked numerous times during these conversations that i was indeed approved for a loan even though my circumstances. I was always told " yes, we're going to get you in a car" So I drove there after school, in traffic, took about one and a half hours to get there. ONLY BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS INDEED QUALIFIED FOR A LOAN TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. Got there and was told I did not qualify for loan unless I had a co signer. This was a complete waste of my time. I was so upset and frustrated. Why would someone say you are approved for a loan when really you are not?? I called and spoke with several " managers" about this matter none of which were apologetic nor said sorry for you being mislead or for your inconvenience. These people are not professional to say the least.

  I had a great experience with Deshun Jones. I brought my friend in to buy a car and had a very professional experience. I've purchased cars with Deshun in the past and was very pleased..   Worst place to finance a vehicle would not recommend them at all. They will place you with a vehicle include high interest rate and tell you things over the phone but is different conversation in person. Do not get you car from them.
