      I normally do not leave reviews of this nature, but hopefully this will get someone attention at reeder since my calls and Voice-mail are going unanswered. 4/29, I moved into my spacious 4br 2 bath home. I rented this place sight unseen, even attempted to view the unit prior to moving in, but to no avail, but I digress. Other than the minor cosmetics of the home (small holes in doors, door jam cracked, painted but not replaced, clogged sinks and carpet on stairs not being cleaned prior to me moving in), I still was happy with the place. Within the month and a half of me moving in, I am ok with everything but their lack of communication. Sinks were clogged, tub peeling, not sure what they used but I can't really enjoy my tub due to the peeling paint and non working central air. With all that aside (I am a easy going person) why is no on returning my calls about the central air unit? Does Tina even work there? I have left 3-4 vm in the past month, no one is returning my calls. Some of my maintenance requests have been completed, some are just plain ignored. I overall love my place, but the communication from this company is putting a bad taste in my mouth. Not a good look from a tenant that has been here 1 1/2 months. Right now it's 90 degrees in my home and no working A\C. All I ask is a return phone call, geesh!

      Usually nice helpful staff. I wanted to adopt a pet and went to pay for pet deposit, I was informed by an unfriendly person in a very rude tone "You're not allowed to have pets...it's in ur new lease 😤." When a year later new neighbors moved in with pets and informed me they payed the pet deposit. So the mean lady prevented me from rescuing a poor animal 😢.

      Dani, your neighbor is not supposed to have a dog either. Thank you for the heads up. Sometimes an owner of the property we manage will allow a dog at a single family home, but not at an apartment building. I'm sorry you felt the interaction was rude when you inquired last year.

      One star because they only gave me $395 out of my $535 deposit. They said I damage the blinds and floor was not cleaned. Thats stupit because I started with a landlord for a whole year before they took over. The place was like this before I came so basically they have no proof. On top of that they have roaches in the inside and even bigger ones on the outside, the heat barely works its loud neighborhood with police and ambulance sirens other day. Also maintenance man came in bust intwice before without knocking asking if I asked for them to come that day, soundsike to me someone was being nosey to see if I moved out yet because I wouldn't signed another lease and put in 30 day notice. Glad i moved the place really needs to be fixed up I would rather sleep outside with the homeless than stay there another night and pay rent

      Jason, we base our security deposit reconciliation on the inspection you signed at move in that we received from the owner after we began managing your property in February. I'm sorry you did not receive your full deposit back but charge for cleaning and blinds is very common as they were done before you moved in.

      I have nun to say bad about them think I been with them for about 6 year's and hoping it continues to be longer and I give respect to them and so far I have received it back and hope it continues as well I really don't have problems in my aptment and if I do it little things I does on my own and the big things I give to them even though I don't have problems as inside but part of respecting your landlord is to try to keep the property clean around where you live. Thanks for doing y'all part as a landlord by understanding me when I come to y'all about any prob I have I hope y'all stay that way ☺️

      I’ve had a very poor experience renting with Reeder companies. If I could give zero stars, I would. Their lack of responses while I was a tenant and even after the fact has been ridiculous. The only time they are responsive is when they think you owe them money or when they need something from you. The lack of professionalism from Megan truly represents what this company stands for: greed. If you value yourself and your family’s time, do not rent from here.

      Charged me for blinds that were never touched since I move in there, charged me for smoke detectors they told me they were going to replaced and I could throw away. Charged me 350 for cleaning when I clean the home top to bottom 3 times before giving them the keys.. and the owner Mrs. Reeder and argumentative embarrassment… surprised I didn’t get charged 500 dollars for the ceiling fan they couldn’t fix and left on the floor.. never again.. nicest person was the agent who showed me the property oh and Judy… I have photos I took of the entire home that show how clean it was I did not hire someone to clean, I know how to clean and got a ton of compliments on the cleanliness etc of the home when the walk through was done by your staff(when I was told about the smoke detectors). I clean the hell out of every place I move out of out of plain decency. The home was not clean when I got there btw so if you charged the previous tenant 350 for professional cleaning you got robbed. And I’d love to see an invoice from the company you used so I can call them, as well as receipts for new blinds and detectors.

      I'm sorry you were not pleased with the security deposit reconciliation. If you had the home professionally cleaned upon move out we just need to see an invoice so you are not charged from your security deposit to have it cleaned as it was before you moved in.       Honestly, if I was thinking beforehand I would have BEEN made a review. I've been a tenant with Reeder Realtors for the past 2-3 years and it has been nothing but a great experience. WHENEVER ANYTHING is needed, it's all solved with just a phone call or a text. My landlord Jim is amazing, maintenance always does a prompt and great job, the two receptionists in the main office was always friendly and helpful, and Megan is understanding and very hands on (even during her maternity leave🤗... thanks again Megan!) Next year, my dream is to move into a house, so I am going to see if I can find a property with Reeder, just to keep them around a lot longer. Thanks Reeder Realtors, you guys truly are the best🙂 Great renters to rent from!! 5 stars!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

      I've been renting through Reeder for about 6 years and have had nothing but a great experience with them. I adore Megan, Warren and several others on that team. It really is a team. Anytime I have a question, concern, maintenance issue it gets handled right away which is pretty impressive when you take in the fact how many properties they manage. They have even streamlined their online experience from easy rent pay to requesting help with something. I truly feel they care about me as a renter...that is a rarity these days.
