  I took out a loan and I get to the very end of paying it and some type of way for the last 3 months of my last payments I end having to pay more the following month than what was told to me. I truly feel that somehow I am being ripped off. It's like they tax you more towards the end. I would not ever recommend anyone to the Matteson branch. There is no way I get told one amount then the following month it's a different amount. Very unprofessional!!!!!

  Lynda and Abby always help me out very professional as well as the other staff strictly about business. Very reasonable installment loans I prefer them over any pay day loans you can also help your credit with them. Work with them and they definitely work with you.

  Abby and Linda are hands down the two best people to work with. I’m not even talked to like a customer, but rather a friend. They have always been extremely polite, professional and an absolute joy to work with. World Finance hit an absolute home run with these two being teamed up!!!!

  I have never experienced this type of customer service before. I am so pleased and impressed that its almost unreal. Quality & genuine respect for the clients as well as amazing customer service skills. Abby was beyond amazing and just GREAT. She is fast, knowledgeable about her clients and their needs.. GENUINELY friendly and rare type of person that God has given to help us. AND SHE GETS THE JOB DONE FAST, CORRECTLY, AND EFFICIENTLY. I have never left a review but when people like Abby and Linda are working with and for us...I can't help but speak out and spread the word. Go see her and I Promise u and guarantee AND BET A PORTION OF YOUR LOAN that u will leave that office as if u left your best friend house....but with A LOAN! 5 STARS AND I WILL BE BACK!

  When I go in there the manager Abby is so kind and courteous and very informational she knows what she's doing she loves to help her clients and it shows I would give a 10 star rating ! if I could. The office staff there is very friendly and I would recommend this location to all my friends and family because they will get treated very well wonderful customer service this location is a good help in the community ! :)

  If you are serious about repaying this is the place for you! The 2 young ladies that work here are phenomenal! They made the entire process easy and hassle-free! I filed four thee loan online and I was approved and picking up my check within 24 hours! Thank you again to the staff! 🥰👍

  The branch manager Aby was such a sweet person, I was very pleased with the costumer service she provided me and how great she explained everything to me. She was very patient with me and had an answer for every question I had! She was such a help and I will definitely be returning☺️

  This place is amazing! Every time I come the people are super nice and helpful. This is definitely the best loan and tax place around. The employees are always adamant to help with whatever they can, especially Aby Carter. She’s always a sweetheart and gives me great loan advice.

  10/10 would recommend. I have been coming here for a few years now for all my financial needs. Aby has always been my to go to when it comes to loans, taxes, advice ect. She is such a delight and is always warm and welcoming, the whole staff is. I always go in knowing that if I have any issues or concerns that they are going to be resolved. Talking finances can be tough and scary but I can trust that I am always fully informed and safe when it comes to my finances here at world. Please go here and ask to talk to Aby , she’s more than just a financial advisor, she makes you feel like family.
