  Carmen was very helpful and explained all my options in getting in what I needed. I had to come back with more info and surprisingly she remembered me. With the help of her associate Esteban I was able to walk out with everything I needed. Rather quickly I would add. Thanks to the both of them. But especially Carmen in her overheated uniform.

  Very unprofessional slow and a bit prejudice, considering that they help out all Hispanic customers first. This happened both times I came to establishment never again would I step foot at this Location! Go to another location, especially if you are a person of color .

  Lidia was very fast at helping me get my title loan she was very excellent with detail & explaining everything I needed to know I will definitely come back to check city very happy with them!!

  Sharkwisha got me my first loan in less then 10mins, Amazing service. Carmen was alao amazing and really helped Sarkwisha on her first shift. Shila the lead manager needs to promote such a fast leaner. You got a winner. YOU GO SHARKWISHA!!!!!!

  Would be zero stars if possible. I've been coming to CC for 3 years. Had loans, done my taxes and cashed checks.Got a Christmas check from my grandmother. They called, spoke to her but still refused to cash. Refused to tell me why. I asked "manager" for her bosses name and she refused to give it to me. EXTREMELY RUDE. Waiting on a call from district manager. I will never use check city again. For anything . Horrible customer service.

  I was absolutely amazed at Kaylin and Tonya were absolutely incredible! If you need help they are top notch when it comes to customer service! My wife and I came very late and there was maybe 5 minutes before closing ob a Friday night. We took a lot longer to get things organized and they never complained! Not one comment about being too late or worrying about their closing time! They waited patiently and were like to Bright Stars, Two angels, so Christlike it's hard to explain.
