  This place saved my life. I had just moved to Vegas from California. I had no more money to buy any food for myself, and my daughter. I just so happened to pass by this place. I figured, what have I got to loose. I didn't really expect anything to be honest, hell everything else gad been going wrong.... I guess I was definitely, and surprisingly wrong. The gentleman helping me was very determined to assist me, once I'd explained my circumstances. Needless to say, after approximately 45 minutes I walked out with more money than I anticipated....Like I said this place really came through in a time that was very imperative, for myself and my daughter.

  I refuse to come to this location again even though it's the closest to my home. The staff is always so rude and rushed, there is always a ton of people in the lobby. Even though staff seems rushed, it doesn't seem to make the line go faster because once you get to the front you realize that it's because the staff would rather speak to each other. Also just called for a general question and the first person put me on hold for 5 min, called back and second person told me to call back because they had about 20 people in the lobby. Horrible!

  There was a lady there today that just did plain out not want to be there.Tried to change a check and she said I had to refill out the form all over again because i havent changed a check there in a couple of months. Was in a hurry said no thanks drove ALL the way to another check city where they changed it in two minutes. They said i shouldve spoke to the manager at this location. Am very dissapointed. Will no longer be returning to this one even though its closer to me because of the staff. They need to be better trained. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

  I went there with my mom after two different attempts to cash her first payrolll check. Jacqueline helped us out and was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was patient and kind. Would definately come back here again! Thanks Jacqueline for being so great! Ps hope I spelled your name correctly!

  The people working at this place have NO COMMON SENSE! I sent my brother $100 for his birthday and because his identification is expired, I provided a test question and answer. THIS WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE! They saw the identification was only just expired and they would not accept the test question and answer! What's really the icing on the cake...(no pun intended) is that I have been a frequent customer at this location and happen to have a check cashing card on file with them! So, Thanks FOR NOTHING CHECK CITY! Hope you realize that I will no longer be a customer, and I will make sure that I tell everybody I know to avoid doing business with your location! I'm sorry that my brother even went in there on his birthday! Maybe they could have been a little sympathetic to the situation, and it wouldn't have cost them anything, but now they have another bad review!
