  Henderson Silver Knights game. Great energy! The facility is very nice. Seats are comfy. Not a bad seat in the house. It's too bad the drink and concession prices are ridiculously expensive. $13 beer and $5 for a bag of chips. Really?! Not a family friendly price. VGK prices - outrageous!

  The Stadium is good overall, but horrible customer service. Had a problem with our tickets so we went to Guest Services. Guest Services would not help us. When we finally got a barcode to get in, the ticket scanner would not read it. Finally got in after 30 Minutes.

  The arena itself as a whole is fantastic. I went to the inaugural game for the Henderson Silver Knights. The green space outside is perfect for arriving early and getting pumped up for the game with live music, concessions and games. Security was quick and easy and employees were very helpful. The sound system, lighting, and entertainment is top notch. Just as good as T-Mobile arena but a smaller venue. As far as concessions selection, it was a bit pricey compared to The Orleans in terms of food. Snacks and beer was about the same price. I’m hoping later on they will do food promos nights like other minor league franchises. The restrooms were nice and very well done. The staff were good about keeping it clean. My ONLY complaint is that the concourse is narrow. During intermissions, post game, and pre-game movement; you are bumping into people constantly. It can be a bit hard to navigate through the crowds as the area is small. Other than that, this arena was very well constructed and really is the gold standard for AHL arenas across the US. The traditionally smaller attendance for AHL games being played in a large AHL arena makes it feel empty. This smaller arena makes it feel like more of a sold out game. It really gets the crowds more easily energized than a large NHL arena. The stadium seating is very nice. Every seat is a good seat. Even with being in the 2nd row from the back, I must be only about 50 ft away from the glass. You feel really close to the action.

  As a season ticket holder who had a contract with a max 4% increase in price, adding a 10 dollar parking fee to every game? That’s the prepaid price… If you forget, then its 12 dollar day of and sold out? What are the benefits of being a season ticket holder? We funded the new arena. I can get cheaper and better tickets on third party sites because everyone is dumping tickets. This is the AHL and it should be fun and affordable. I love love love HSK but please give us some love back.

  I'm a HSK season ticket holder, and was last year, upgraded my seats during the move and was all excited to start at the new arena. That is until the new arena went above our of their way to atagonize the fans who had already built a culture. They start off with paid parking which was never disclosed in any way before the games started. The standard size clear bags allowed at almost all other sporting events, that they sell in their own gift shop, not allowed. Any noisemakers of any kind, not allowed. It's just ridiculous. It's as if they hate hockey fans and built their arena rules around hating the fans.

  Parking easy , getting in an out easy , no major traffic issues , inside is great and considering consession prices at other venues ,the DLC isn't bad at all The only Negitive is you have to be carefull were you seat is in the corners or you will lose half the ice ,ex. Section 2 do NOT seat passed seat 9 or you lose half the ice ,basically pass that its a tennis match

  Terrible concourse layout. Food & beverages layout & location poorly designed. Unable to talk during breaks with sound way to loud. As a season ticket holder, it was very unprofessional of COH/DLC charge for parking when there was no disclosure until a few days before the inaugural game & no disclosure at the time the season tickets contract was signed. I cannot recommend attending anymore games until the parking fees are removed for multi year season ticket holders.

  My wife and I went to see our new Vegas Knight Hawks team courtesy of Vettix.org. Although the staff was great, the facility was beautiful but I do have a complaint. There was no cell service or wifi. We tried to enter a contest that the area had but couldn't due to this flaw. We spoke to a staff member and they told us this has been an issue since the facility opened. Please fix this or you will have more upset guests.
