  I had a simple question about getting a car loan and they had me on hold 12 minutes and I spoke with 3 different woman each time none of them knew I was waiting. Then some other lady answered so rude saying what do you want. I don't even have a loan out and they're already being rude.

  Worst experience ever! Borrowed money from Cash 1... Gave them my bank information and once I made arrangements with them but that didn’t work out for them or their system is right cause it would try to take out money before my pay date. Which makes made my account negative and eventually they ran it into the ground. I contacted my bank and told them to hold it. Did it once and basically went back to randomly trying to get the money. My bank charges $35 for every attempt over $5 bucks. Please stay away! They messed up my account and now are going to garnish my wages. Borrowed no more than $300 and garnishing about $723.00

  Called the store to see what I needed to bring in for a loan. I was greeted by Carmen and Quaneshia with huge smiles on their face. Quaneshia helped me and got me in and out in minutes. Thank you ladies I appreciate it.

  Latoya was very nice. She had a great attitude and the manager was very polite and and granted me an extra 50 bucks on my loan!!!! I will MOST DEFINITELY do business with them for now on!!!!
