  Customer service is nice at the local 89178 store. Their corporate customer service not so much. They take out money from your bank account regardless of whether or not you pay or have late loan payments. Even if you have other loans from other loan companies through direct deposit from your bank. Glitch or not Check City will still takeout money. My bank account has been negative numerous times because of corporate customer service. The corporate customer service is nothing more than money hungry loan sharks who want their money regardless. Most of us are struggling financially as it. Yet they still want their money, crooks !!!!!

  Joy was the best employee ive had there!!!!! So helpful and sweet never had someone show that much customer service she helped me with all my questions and concerns and she had a good response immediately i very much appreciate her someone needs to give her a raise 😂

  Came in to cash my check I usually got to money tree, however they are not as professional as this place. Sarah was fast and friendly and now I will be coming here.

  Evelyn is always smiling, sweet and very respectful, not to mention very professional. Evelyn is always upbeat and positive. Evelyn has greeted me, by name, on only two visits to her store! Pretty nice to see that type of customer service. Well done, Evelyn!

  Awesome store! Completely helped me out when I seriously needed it!! I dont remember her name but I think it was Natosha or Tosha. Friendly over the phone and while she was helping me she was the absolute best help!!! Chic seriously took the time to do her job right! Cool person to help you out. Right on. Thank you Tosha!!!
