  This check city, is well, frankly...the best check city I have been to. I ran down there real quick on my lunch break, and they were a bit busy, but no issues. I work in the service industry, and my schedule changed last minute and I had a client in 8 minutes! I let the beautiful lady assisting me Jashea that I had to run to work and I promised I would be back, around 7 ish worst case, to finish the transaction. When I got off of work, I went back down there, as I had promised, and even though, Jashea was scheduled to be off of work, she stayed behind how kind is that? The whole crew working together was refreshing to see as they vibed really well together for the diversity that they had. Favorite check city ever, and the manager has a sweeeeet name!

  Came to get a loan with Crystal F., and she was so amazing!! She broke down everything to me and explained my options and got me even more money than what I was expecting! If you’re ever in need of a loan, you have to go here and ask for Crystal! She’s the best

  Went today needed a little help Took me all of 20 minutes start to finish. So awesome! Thoroughly explained to me the process. Had my money in cash and out the door I went. Thanks John!

  Came to get a loan with Crytal here and it was super painless, took less than 10 minutes and she explained everything, gave me all of my options and was friendly as well! Highly recommend!

  Came in with a high amount Che k . Georgina by far the best customer service. After chase would not cash they're own check . Do to the fact . That I was not a account holder. Did not want to cash the check . Because it was over the 1,900 dollar amount. I went to check city. Georgina did everything possible to. Verify tge check and cashed it. Great job Georgina.

  John helped me and my father in law with a process I thought would be complicated, but he made it easy and explained everything to us.   I tried to cash a large amount check and they did not want to cash it for me. I ended up going to the bank and not paying a transaction fee. Very bad service. I was a regular customer and I will no longer go there again and they embarrassed me while I was there as well. Was not sure why.

  I have came to this Check City several times and never had a issue usually they are pretty friendly but I had a bad experience with Crystal today she was very rude and it seem like she was having a bad day but I'm you still have to do your job and not give the customer an attitude so I will not be returning to this location I hope her attitude gets better.
