  Hello. PLEASE whatever you do, do not have an account with these people. NetSpend is a big joke and fraud. I was hit with two counts of fraud in March and I called the NetSpend people to open a dispute. So anyway I called back just today because they were going to know by now. Well they said my claim was denied because I did not send my documents to the email provided to me when in fact I did. It's been two months. Any NORMAL bank would have already credited my account within two weeks while they investigate. Not NetSpend. They lied to me right over the phone when I have proof that I sent my documents to the dispute department right the next day. So again I re sent the sent email again today. I have since left Check City and opened an account at a real bank. My next email will be to report these people to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint on Check City/NetSpend and see if I can get my money credited this way. Check city is fraud as they lied to me right over the phone about not sending my documents in. Maybe they are in on the fraud.

Netspend is a third-party, however we can help get you in contact with the correct person or department to expedite this refund request and get the proper documentation submitted.

  Was rushing from work to cash my check, and didn’t see the time and Nichole was nice enough to still let me come in and cash my check with a smile. Wonderful Staff. Thank you again Nichole.
