  This is the worse company ever, they hire the people from the bottom of the barrel, that have no sales or people skills, no knowledge of anything, customer service is so horrible, I called yesterday and laboratory’s from Tampa Florida office(at least that’s what she said) refused to let me speak with her supervisors and she was ignorant to my needs. I don’t even know how chase is still in business but as for my business, I’m going elsewhere. They only accept payment from certain cards, they won’t even accept their own credit card. I had to go into a branch in order to pay on my loan for an entire year or more, they are total idiots. Do not under any circumstances deal with this company

  I have had my auto loan with them since June 2016. It is almost June 2020. 4 years in!!! They are impossible to deal with!!! Horrible customer service and they are not reporting my payments to the credit bureaus but they recently reported that I am 2 months behinde!! I have every single payment receipt for the entire 4 years and have faxed the proof that I infact am not behinde and they say "we are within our right" when I ask why are they reporting lies to my credit?? I am getting rid of this car! I'm done!! NEVER AGAIN!!! It's so frustrating paying something for 4 years and they can screw your credit whenever they want!!

  The most difficult institution I ever leased with a car. Everyone is so rude. The phone system is horrible and the customer representatives are rude and like robots

  I have had two loans with Chase. My old loan which was paid off in Jan 2019. they showed me 30 days after being payoff. Corrected and re add a year later to my credit. Also gave me a extension during Covid and reported me 30 days. They will not correct it. Very sad they can ruin your credit and not correct it. I have a letter from them and they will not honr it.

  I financed a vehicle through them and my car was totalled. My insurance company sent them a check and my account closed. I didn't know and made a payment and called to check is when i found out. So i talk to a specialist and they said your check was rejected you'll get it back in 2 to 5 business days.. And ive yet to see anything.. Will never finance again with this company Update: The main company out of New York had to step in a do the job that the branch here in Tx wouldnt do and they were polite professional and empathic about my situation i recieved my money back...

  Worst bank I have ever had to work with. I would rather opt for a higher interest with someone else than to deal with these people. I have been trying to get a letter from Chase Auto to ship my car to Guam on military orders. I contacted them and started the process 4 months ago and have talked to several different agents(they don’t allow you to talk to the same agent or supervisor). The first two agents told me my letter was on the way and I waited for it for 5-7 business days each time and call back to check on it and then they say they need several documents faxed, which I did immediately. Waited for a letter again and no letter. I called again to check on status and they said they mailed me a letter (which I did not receive at the time) saying the Chase address needed to be changed on my insurance card although the address on the letter is one of their addresses. So I faxed it again. Of course, 24-48 hours before anyone can even try to find it. They call again and say the address did not show up although it was definitely on the document I sent. I will fax it again but will not hold my breath. I still have no letter and our car is scheduled to ship out In 9 days. This can potentially cost us thousands of dollars. People of the military have it rough enough and we don’t need this extra stress Chase!

  Never ever ever use this bank to finance your car loan. They will never finish your paperwork and a year later they’ll still insist you never mailed them the documents you actually did send them multiple times.

  They NEVER have to worry about financing with them again. I wouldn't get toilet paper from them. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. If they were the only finance option for a vehicle, I'd skate wherever I needed to go. I had to have an emergency surgery, lost my job and was denied unemployment for the longest. When I kept trying to pay my bill over the phone (while speaking to people) it was never debited out of my account. They picked it up, charged me fees to get it back and are now adding more fees for the same reason.

  Do not do business with them. It is all just about$ to them. I have explained that I returned the car in spotless condition with 10K miles to spare, and I should not be paying a $300 disposition fee (which is apparently in the contract). I talked to two different supervisors - it felt like I was talking to robots (but it's in the contract.. contract.. contract). Stay away - they will never get any business from me.

  They continued to double charge our banking account for our vehicle for well over a year. We did get some of he charges back but not all. Then took away my ability to pay online. I am disabled and have to go to a Money Gram facility monthly to make this payment because of their error, which they acknowledged.
