  Niraj was outstanding in helping us close on our home. He was extremely efficient. We were able to close on our home 6 days before our actual closing date and he provided us with the best mortgage rate. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and explained every step along the way. He was so good that our realtor wanted refer all their future clients to him for mortgage. Best experience!

  Raj was an absolute pleasure to work with and I greatly appreciate his patience with me and his overall honesty throughout the entire process.   I recently refinanced my home with HomeBound Loans. I had very good experience with loan officer Niraj. Niraj is always approachable and explains things clearly. As promised he closed the loan before the committed date. I highly recommend his agency to anybody who is looking for good mortgage lending agency.

  Thank You Niraj for your excellent service. We were able to close our home less than 15 days with the lowest interest rate than any other lender could have given to us. I would highly recommend every one to talk to Niraj before you get a loan from other lender. I bet, you will never get disappointment from his service.
