  I had the pleasure of working with Motasem to re-finance my mortgage. He is very professional. Motasem kept me in the loop on every step of the process.   I had a very good experience with Guidance Residential. Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about the My account executive Muhammed Salam was very helpful. He answered all my questions and guided my step by step through the entire process. He also took my calls in the evening and on weekends. Guidance Residential web portal is also very easy to use. I would definitely recommend to use guidance residential.

  This was my 4th loan with Guidance, over the years. I had three purchases and one refinance done in last 7 years. Their process is extreemely simple, transparent and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mohammad Salam the first time seven years ago. And since then I have specifically seeked him out each time. The service Mr. Salam provides is second to none. His professionalism, indepth knowledge and advice along the way made for an extreemly smooth transaction. Guidance is a market leader in islamic financing. However, they can just as well compete with conventional banks from their customer centric approach perspective. Their web portal used to upload documentation is very simple and easy. I was able to upload most of my documents from my mobile device directly. Just take a picture and upload; its a snap! The loan ajudication process is equally simple. I The account executive helps you every step of the way until the closing. I'd recommend Guidance to all my friends. I had already recomended my other family members to Guidance. They all loved the experience. Buying a home is challenging enough, having to go through various loan processes shouldn't have to. Thats why I recommend Guidance to all my friends. I've compare Guidance with other islamic financial institutions. Their free structure, rates are very competitive.
