      I’m not sure of who helped me today but you need to brush up on your customer service. This was my first time making a change order and you were so rude. I’ve have now been informed that you have been rude to my other managers coming in for a change order. This is unacceptable. You treated me like I inconvenienced you as if you had 100 customers in line and a full drive thru. There wasn’t anyone else but me. Also my name is Joseph not Joe as it clearly said on my check.

      Vectra lone tree is one of the best banks in the area, Peggy, Stacey, and all of the staff always do a great job. And are very friendly. Peggy called me directly to promote a new loan product they rolled out which saved me more than $10,000 on interest. Vectra rocks. Keep up the GREAT work.

      Mikey mouse charges I did put $1000. On 12-29 - 20 closed account 7-30 -21. . They charged me $33 they stole $33. For fees. Stay away. They are thief’s Bad bank . Bad business Bad rules They out to rip you off. Run away. I am a senior citizen 69 years Remember they are —-ZION bank —-

      Don’t work with Peggy she had me thinking I was preapproved. Sent me a letter and everything, I find a van , wait a WEEK, then she tells me they can’t approve it. Such a waste of my time and life. I won’t ever reccomend of be back

      Worst bank I have ever heard of. the worst customer service I have ever experienced do not bank here. They will screw you over and take your money and you have no say over where it goes. I made three deposits and received one automatic payment into the checking account that I set up. not one of those payments reflected in my balance for more than a day they would go into the account and magically disappear like nothing ever happened and I don’t know where it went. So when I went to use the account with the funds that I put in I got charged nonsufficient funds fees. I have email confirmations of a successful payment receipt and successful deposit receipt into this account with nothing to show for it from the banks end and the branch manager is absolutely impossible to work with. Now the small balance that does show is in the account they won’t let me have back and they’re forcing me to close the account when I don’t want to only because that means they get more fees paid to them. If I could do negative stars I would if I could accurately express my disapproval and distain for this business I would. I will never step foot in another Vectra bank again and my life will be 100 times better off for making that choice. The staff including managers are incompetent and negative they do not want to help you they just want to use you. I’m done with this place and I know for a fact that my inner circle of friends and family will not be using this bank in their lifetime either. If you are is a smart human being you will stay away from this place.

      Recently I had my HELOC opened at this branch. My experience working with Mary Hays was excellent. I didn’t even know I could qualify for such a high amount. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone looking to open HELOC.
