Wendy S.1When we walked in. Several bank employees were clowning around together. Unable to receive service without an appointment 6 employees in view at desks were not with customers. We waited 20 minutes and no one not even branch manager Laura Ann McIntyre checked with us. Joseph Lammers did help a customer without an appointment during our wait. We also watched a customer be asked to provide proof of her appointment, she had a teller set the appointment for her and had no proof. The bank employee, fresh from lunch agreed to speak with her until her appointment arrived. Do not go here if you require assistance. Rude and unhelpful. They do not care about your business.

Megan Collins1I can't book flights online with any of my WF cards. I've inquired about this with customer service several times and the best they can give me is "I dunno, should work." But it doesn't. And I have lost count of how many bad situations this has created for me over the years, one of which I am in the midst of currently. But nobody knows how to help. I don't know what to do anymore besides switch banks next time I'm in the US. That could be years from now, though, so it doesn't help me right now. I wish someone would help.

Traci Hernandez1I used to love this location. You could walk in and be greeted and asked how you could be helped. I would like to say I was greeted today , but I was not. I was completely ignored, and as I walked toward one of the desks I was snarled at " I'm on the phone", ok, so I walked to the next person", He is in training", ok, next person " She is in training".. ok, the correct response is " so sorry, we will be with you as soon as possible. no one ever asked how they could help me. unfortunately I was there to close out my deceased son's accounts . It took all I had to even go into the branch and to be treated so horribly was just too much. Horrible customer service .

ALEX K1Horrible customer service. I called and was asking for some information which the person on the phone could not help me with. I was asking basic questions on direct deposit and he became rude and said I could find the information online. After I asked for a manager or someone who could help he said he was the highest person available. I asked if I could talk to someone else and he hung up. I hope you are able to identify the employee

שמחה פסקו1I'm with this location for the past 6 years now. The service is getting worse every time I think they got to the lowest level they prove me wrong. Do yourself a favor and do not go there to open a new account take your business somewhere else!!!!!

El Pasko1Bumped our appointment from 9 to 10 Still with the 9am customer at 11:00 am The manager apparently can't do anything This location gets consistently worse year after year. Only 1 banker at this location on Saturday apparently.

Mackenzie (Kenzie)5The employees at this location are very kind and helpful. There was not a wait when I arrived, and my visit was short and sweet due to the efficiency of the staff! This location is also very nice, and they have sanitizer stations throughout the store.

Oscar1In-office experience has been great for me, but over the phone has been terrible. I call to ask about a new service I read about online to get some details to see if I qualified. The person told me to hold that she was going to find someone I can talk too, then she forwards my call to customer service. They straight-up ignore my call and forward me to customer services without even listen to my question. The customer service they forward me too was the wrong one anyway. I call back and ask then why they did that and their answer "You need to talk to someone so we forward you to customer service". Sadly, they didn't even try to speak to me for five minutes to see if they can answer my question.
