  Working in the financial industry, I understand why having the right partnership with a lender is crucial to making it through the home buying process with some sanity intact. For the sake of my anxiety, I needed someone to be forthright, realistic, and accessible- having worked with Charles in the past, I knew who to call right away.   Charles was absolutely the absolute best. He made our experience so much easy. This guy did all the work and worked nonstop to make sure that they get the best mortgage loan ever.   Charles and his team are amazing! I recently purchased my very first home. I have been working hard to get my credit score up and was worried it was going to be an issue. Charles said...we'll make it happen and he did AND with an amazing interest rate at that!
