  The price of their cars on their website is way over priced. I mean there trying to sell 12 year old Saturn's for 10,000$ ? Yeah right. Every car I seen is a ripoff and almost double the price of the Kbb's actual value.

  Cap, Sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately dealers do not use KBB as a price point for advertising their vehicles. We use what the current auction value of the vehicles are going for. With the lack of supply of vehicles the price of pre owned vehicles has consistently went up. This in turn has caused dealers across the country to have to pay more then what the values of KBB and others say vehicles should be. We must then service our vehicles and make them good for sale. Some dealers have taken short cuts and not fixing vehicles, we however try to fix everything we can find wrong with a vehicle at the time of inspection. We also offer a 6 month 6000 mile warranty on all our vehicles. I am not sure of the specific vehicle you speak of but we do our best to help every customer, before during and after the sale.   My wife and I met with Chris today. We don't have great credit but Chris worked hard to find us a good deal. We were in at 2pm and drove off the lot at 5:30 with a used car. All the cars on Chris's lot are clean and ready to go. I would recommend Dave White Auto Credit to anyone looking for a great used car. Lenny & Jan

  I had a Credit Score of ZERO and Salesmen Noah worked with me and got me in a Chevy that I wanted. Where other places just brushed me off. Dave White made sure they got me in a Car.

  Dave White has to be hands down the best experience i've ever had when searching for a vehicle. When i first spoke with Christi i did not know what i was getting myself into. My first thought was " great, here's another sales person trying to convince me to purchase anything just to make a sale." But that was not the case, Christi was excellent. She made sure that i was satisfied with my purchase. She did not try to force me towards buying a vehicle that i was unhappy with. I may have been one of the most difficult, seeing that i knew exactly what i wanted with not the best credit but she made it happen for me. She may have made the best statement while speaking with her, "you have to start somewhere." Glad i stuck with Dave White Auto Credit. Excellent start and finish. Thanks Christi

  I was in a horrible predicament with my car. I'd been to other places to ask for help, but no one wanted to listen to me to understand how I arrived where I was. I had pretty much given up. One day I opened the coupon book and Dave white AUTO CREDIT had an entire page add. I called still not all that hopeful. Randy and Chris were so kind caring and actually listened to me. It took a lot of time and hard work on their end, especially, but I am now driving a dependable, nice, newer vehicle thanks to them! I will recommend anyone in any situation to go see Randy or Chris and proudly tell them to say Jami Quillen sent them.

  Very friendly, nice vehicles, make sure you take vehicle to an independant mechanic before you buy, do not take their word. To be fair the salesman is no longer employed there that sold ne my vehicle and everyone else i have dealt with seems on the up and up. Would recomend just be careful and remember that they are car salesmen. Final thought; I do love my vehicle just frustrated that I was told straight up by the salesman that certain parts were brand new and recently installed and had to spend over $1000 getting those parts replaced, not to mention having my wife and children riding around in what I was told was a perfectly safe ride. Still better than most lots I have been to but buyer beware whenever buying a vehicle. All car salesman are slick so these guys are not as bad as others I have been to.

  At first everything went well. Nice people and whatnot. However, three days, if that, into having my car the radiator blew. They took it to fix it and have had it for 4, almost 5 days. I called and emailed and have only received a TEXT once today saying it would be done later today. They have not once told me what's wrong with the car nor kept in contact about it which is slightly unsettling.

Every customer is important to us and I assumed ( you know what that means) that you knew what had happened (the radiator failed) and that you knew I was taking care of it. I am truly sorry for the lack of communication, and I will do better making sure when a customer has a problem they understand what is being done. thank you again for your feedback and your business.
