Heather Jones5I haven’t really had to deal with this bank until recently. I was so frustrated with the service I was receiving from the service department where I bought the car. The employees at NorthCoast listened and took care of me further than I expected so I truly thank you! I highly recommend NorthCoast! I will be staying with them.

Jessica M3NCF was great. Had a lease thru them thru Franklin Park Lincoln on a used vehicle. They supported me thru the breakdowns that the car had. HOWEVER. When I went in to buy a new car thru a dealership and had "big" banks and name brand banks, such as Capital One and 5/3, etc, my leasing history of 3 years, perfect payments, etc., meant NOTHING, because they are what is called superficial, subpar, and buy-here-pay-here lending. Their bank doesn't show in the system, they don't report to the credit agencies each payment, unless they have to reposess your vehicle. So when FPL told me that it would help my credit to go to them, it was a lie. So, NCF was great customer service, very nice, but did nothing for my buying history in the car world. I'd recommend with going to a bank that offers what you need and make sure they don't have an early pay off fee.

Steven Kaczmarek4They were good at working with me for the most part at first the car I had got totaled the insurance paid a big portion of it but I'm making paying I have a gastric bypass surgery scheduled September 12th 2019 and Jereme told me I could have Septembers payment waived I am going to be not working and have multiple doctors verifying this while I am in the hospital and at home recovering but another person said he shouldn't have said that I planned on paying this months but not next month I want the head president to email me and I have also reached out to a attorney. 8/29/19 In office with jereme right now dealing with matter and it is resolved.

Jasmine Grays1I would never recommend this Company financial services to anyone that's getting a car. It's like you have to threaten to give the car back for them to help you with your car problems it's just crazy. Never again will I get a car dealing with them more I will never go to. Finance place again then they always calling the same day the payment due like give someone time to get there. Don't ever I MEAN EVER FINANCE THROUGH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT I'M TELLING YOU.

Tiffany Davis1They deserve no stars! Completely rude and have no understanding of what some individuals may go through financially. They need to take some classes on interpersonal communication skills. I will never do business with them or the business I purchased my car from ever again. Payments are incredibly too high, even for individuals with low credit. They are money hungry and it's a complete rip off.

jason rayford5I have been a customer of with North coast for about 3 yrs and I have NEVER had an issue. They provide great customer service especially when you come into the actual office; you are always greeted by the two ladies up front with smiles on their faces ready to help you! I highly recommend NorthCoast to my family and friends.

Charles Barnes1Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I started a new job so of course I had to work a week in the hole. Anyway, I missed a payment which is my first payment missed since having the vehicle and these people went crazy, I've received text messages from a personal cell phone number, they've contacted some or maybe all of my references (completely ridiculous) and into a verbal dispute with the representative. I could see if I was always missing payments or if I was a month in the hole. like I said before its my first late payment and it hasn't even been a week. This place is ripping people off every opportunity they get, and the fact that because people have made a few mistakes in life and have less than perfect credit doesn't give them the right to attempt to talk to people like they are less than human, I will never refer anyone to them or support anything that they have to offer

Johnathon Suber5I dont understand how there can be so many bad reviews. I have been going through North Coast for almost 2 years now and there hasn't been a single thing they haven't been willing to help me with. Whether it be a payment issue, a mechanical issue, and even some personal issues. If you show you're actually trying, they will help you. It's one of the very few companies I've worked with who actually act like real people who really understand life has issues and in turn, treat you like a person rather than a dollar sign. I would recommend North Coast to anyone and everyone!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you to everyone at North Coast and I truly hope for nothing but positivity in all your lives. Especially Amanda Thieman and Gena. They have helped me the most and I am forever grateful for them.
