  Charles is great. Other lenders tried to make us put tons of money down, but not charles. He worked on the loan hard for us. He got the loan closed within 28 days of us picking a house out. He treated us like family. Answered phone calls and messages promptly. Charles is great and my wife and i highly recommend him. Lucas county sheriffs department and Lucas county Court backed.

  Charles was absolutely awesome. My wife and I are both firefighters and had heard from several people from our departments that Charles was the person to see for mortgages. Everyone who had told us this was spot on. Charles' knowledge of the home buying process is second to none. With having a young daughter Charles even took the time to come to our home to handle paperwork on a couple occasions. If you are looking for the best lender in the Toledo area look no further you have found the man!!

  I’m sure I can speak for my husband as well, when I say that we could not have asked for a better team when searching for our first home. Charles was not only attentive, quick to answer questions (even when some were probably stupid, haha), but he was personable and so helpful and reassuring through the whole process.   Charles has been helping my family with mortgages for quite some time now. My brother put me in touch with Charles and I knew from the first phone call that he was going to take care of business.
