  Chad is the best mortgage professional I know! He thinks outside of the box, will pair buyers up with the best loan program suitable to them - including many amazing programs that reward buyers on their home purchase.   We did a purchase loan with Chad about a year ago he was very knowledgeable and efficient in the process . We had one initial conversation with him which he took the application. I gave him the documents he requested and the next time I heard from him The loan was approved and ready to close on time If I were to buy another house I would definitely use Chad for the mortgage

  Had a great experience refinancing with Chad in the summer of 2020, even helped us get an extension on our rate when it expired while we were on vacation and couldn't sign the final paperwork. Recommend him to my friends and will use him again if we need to!
