  Would highly recommend. My wife and I worked with Jerome and Leo Mortgage when we were buying our first house this past spring and were extremely pleased with the experience.   I highly recommend Leo Mortgage. Jerome was amazing to deal with from beginning to end. He took his time explaining all options. In addition, he has the ability to make you feel relaxed and comfortable while going through the entire loan process. Whenever , I had a question regarding the loan or documents Jerome’s response time was remarkable. During the entire process I felt as though Leo Mortgage truly carried about me the borrower. Closing flowed so beautifully. Jerome took his time explaining every document and was able to truly increase my knowledge as a borrower. The mortgage process can be overwhelming, but Jerome and team help make a complex process more understandable, and significantly less stressful. To us, communication and availability are extremely important. With Jerome and team, we could email, text, or call to get our questions addressed ASAP. The staff’s professional, yet personal manner, placed both of us at ease, in what one could consider a very hectic and nerve-wracking process.   5 Stars!! Jerome and his team at Leo Mortgage are the best. My wife and I had a somewhat complicated transaction, which Jerome made simple (at least made it feel simple!).   A few months back, we started looking for our vacation home, our dream home. It's been 25 years since we went through the mortgage process, and we were a bit nervous. Jerome and his team at Leo Mortgage came highly recommended to us. With the first phone call our minds were set at ease, with his friendliness and knowledgeability. Paperwork for a mortgage can seem overwhelming, but not with Jerome!! He explained step by step what needed to be done, and the process was truly seamless!!   We want to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for all that Leo Mortgage has done for us. We knew nothing about how to go about buying our first house together, and Jerome went out of his way to meet with us for two extensive meetings to go over the details of mortgages, different options and how we could make our personal situation (how to handle the first home I'd bought) work out. Then, Jerome worked tirelessly and patiently with us as we worked out the specifics of the house we wanted to buy. Never did Jerome seem anything but happy to help. He was always willing to listen, give advice, and most of all make sure we were happy and satisfied. He put our minds at ease when we weren't sure if we would meet the deadline of closing. He and his team (including Jennifer and Edie) were so easy to work with and so incredibly friendly. In a world where things are so fast-paced and sometimes you can feel like nobody takes the time to really explain things and hep you, Jerome and Leo Mortgage took the time and really made us feel comfortable and part of their extended family. In the end, we settled on our incredible house and couldn't be happier. We owe a great deal of this happiness and positive outcome to Jerome and Leo Mortgage.
