  The entire Legacy team is phenomenal!! We have multiple deals currently with them and I look forward to many more. They have fast/easy closings, they constantly keep you updated, draws are quick, and funding is available almost instantly! Me personally, could only do one project at a time, mainly because of capital. Since I became a client of legacy, they made it possible for me to have 3 at the same time, allowing me to build my own Legacy.
