  I had an amazing experience with Vantage Point Financial. I had already looked into 3 other mortgage companies, spent hours giving them my financial information, only to be told that our chances of being approved for the house we wanted was slim because of student loans. The most I was approved for was $100,000 less than the asking price of the house. I was feeling dejected and was about to give up when I was introduced to John Antonelli at Vantage point. I contacted him one afternoon expecting to get the same response from all the other mortgage brokers. At 11pm, he responded to my email said "Let me see what I can do for you and I'll get back to you tomorrow morning." The next morning he called and said, "You are approved for this amount. ($50,000 over the asking price of the house we wanted to buy). So if this house doesn't work out, you can find others within this price range." We started the paperwork right away and one month later, we had the keys to the house in our hands. John, Jackie, Phil, Jennifer, and all the people who worked behind the scenes to get everything set up for us, thank you!!

  A fellow associate introduced me to John about five years ago and I have never been as impressed with a mortgage company as I have been with Vantage Point. Every transaction is smooth and seamless, from beginning to end. He is always available to talk, answer questions - his communication is like nothing I have experienced with a lender before. As a Realtor, it's imperative to have a lender like this. For example, on a holiday weekend, John made the time to a call to a listing agent on my buyer's behalf, to convince her that my buyer's offer and financing was the strongest in a multiple offer situation (six other offers!). John is my go-to guy for all of my real estate business!
