  Andrew is awesome!!! I’ve worked with him in the past and just recently we closed again, ON TIME with another deal. He’s great with communication, great with answering /returning calls and has a great work ethic. Andrew works hard to make sure everything is completed before closing and this is one of many reasons I will always use him!

  Andrew was one of the best mortgage brokers I’ve ever experienced. He was beyond patient and helpful during an extremely stressful home buying process for us. We spoke with many other mortgage companies and have before with my first home purchase and nothing even came close to Absolute and our experience with Andrew. accommodating, creative and responsive at all times even when we were getting irritable! It was evident he jumped through hoops to get this done for us and he’s forever our hero!!!

  Where to start...I spent months looking for a very particular rate. I told many different big banks the rate I wanted and all of them failed to meet it. A friend of mine recommended Andrew with Crown Home Mortgage and he worked endlessly to get me the rate I wanted. As a matter of fact, it was lower than the rate I wanted. Would recommend 10 times out of 10. Andrew is the best! His communication was probably the best part about the process. He let me know what was happening every step of the way.

  Andrew’s guidance and patience in our mortgage process was unmatched. As this was our first mortgage, we had endless questions and called him more times than we would like to admit. Andrew always answered the phone graciously, and happily walked us through any questions or concerns we had. In addition, our circumstances made the chances of us getting our dream house difficult.   Andrew went above and beyond to get me qualified! From getting me set up with Trinity Solutions to work on my credit, to connecting me with an amazing realtor Rachael Korbel, to sticking with me and guiding me through my first home buying experience. He was available all the time, even when I would call I'm the wee hours of the morning. If you are looking to tell people "oh I got a mortgage guy for you" Andrew is that guy!!
