  I’ve rented from Century 21 for 5 years in the same property and recently moved to another one of their properties. Over the years I have had a very professional and organized experience with Stacey as my property manager. A recent change in their staffing has made dealing with this company a nightmare. They are so unorganized and have continued to blatantly lie and steal from me on multiple occasions. This company is going down hill and it's tenants will continued to be abused and neglected if they maintain these conditions. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, you will regret it.

  Highly satisfied😃 Stacey treated my daughter and I like family and moved mountains to get us into a perfect rental! After searching for nearly 2 years and absolutely no luck I decided to call Stacey at Century 21 JC Jones American Dream (whom I had rented through in the past) even with no available rentals on their site at the time. She quickly got back to me and got us into an affordable, charming place in no time!! Would highly recommend this company and Stacey to anyone searching for a great rental company or a forever home! Thank you Stacey and staff for all of your hard work and efforts to find us our new home. You truly answered our prayers. Could not be more thankful and grateful!

  I had an extraordinary experience with the rental agreement I had with Stacy at JC Jones. She was able to offer me an opportunity in a rental home that completely fulfilled my needs. I found Stacy easy to work with as she communicated extremely well and was responsive. Any maintenance items that came up with the home while I was here were addressed immediately and resolved completely. If a rental on the north end of the Rogue Valley and the Grants Pass area is your destination I would strongly encourage you to give Century 21 JC Jones a call.

  We sold our house recently and in immediate need of rental housing. Stacy Wiggins helped us through the process of finding and securing a single story new rental. My wife and I are both in our upper seventies and wanted single story housing close to services. Stacy took the stress off us and set us up in a very good area. Thank you Stacy.   Stacy Wiggins was amazing! My parents were looking for a rental house and she worked tirelessly for them. After looking at one house and talking to us she knew exactly what to look for.   Stacy went the extra mile for our family. She met with us late on Friday to make sure that our needs would be met for our families move, she is very straight forward and honest.. Stacy's approach to our situations made our move manageable & a little less stressful... Stacy is very professional as well as knowledgeable about the realistate business and experience..

  Unfortunately, I rented from Century 21 for only a year, but Stacy Wiggins was a treat to work with. Always super professional and on-the-ball. The few issues I had (garbage disposal jam and a large tree which fell in the backyard) were handled efficiently without causing me any inconvenience. The house was clean and well maintained. The Century 21 website was a great tool when I did have issues, and Stacy responded quickly. Even though I would pay early in the month, they respectfully waited to deposit the check until rent was actually due. Well done, all. I'll miss the team, but adventure calls from elsewhere.

  Looking at property with another Broker, after spending a career in Real Estate myself, I was very happy with the effort and courtesy shown my husband and me this past weekend. We were possibly interested in a rural piece of property, it was a long shot, and as it turned out, we could not proceed with the transaction. The service and prompt response time was appreciated by us. You need a REALTOR that is experienced and willing to assist you, and Johnny certainly was that guy. We were treated like "old friends" and he was nothing but a wonderful, friendly professional. Should I need further assistance, I would not hesitate to give Johnny a call.
