  Erika was amazing! She was so thorough and helpful; I truly couldn't believe how patient she was. I am extremely busy with work and life and I am so grateful how smooth and easy she made the whole process. Of course I had a million questions and she didn't think twice to answer them and generously kept our lines of communication open. As a first time home buyer I had my concerns, but she really made the home buying process a breeze with her helpfulness and transparency. Erika is sweet, kind and REAL. She offered us all our options and walked us through what each of those situations look like in real life for us. Everything she did was customized for us; he even helped us get a great interest rate! We are so thankful for the service she provided and, even though we don't plan on buying any time soon, she will definitely be back to her in the future!

  I never do reviews about anything. But I have to do one for this. Erika made my experience buying a house, (the most stressful thing anyone can really do) the easiest, enjoyable process I have ever been involved in. I have never had anyone work so hard and non stop to make sure everything was done right and promptly. Sometime I wondered if I was the only client she had. She was always available. Trust me when I say this, you will only be pleased and happy having Erika making your experience the best ever. I wish she would offer other services like buying cars, ect.

  Ericka is absolutely the best at what she does. She has made mine and my husband's first home buying experience amazingly easy. She went above and beyond for us to find the best rates.   I wanted to refinance when interest rates dropped. I started with one broker with an offer of a great rate but in a casual conversation, my investment adviser pointed out that an independent broker (like J. Adams) might have access to a wider variety of loans. Erika was able to offer a better rate, and worked to get my costs and fees cut to the bone! She had great advice, was easily accessible, clearly explained the various fees and costs on the disclosure documents, handled everything by e-mail and text and made the entire process MUCH easier than my prior experiences. She is the best.
