  Fantastic team to work with! Very friendly, thorough and know their stuff! Being a first-time home buyer, I could have used a little more "hand-holding" when it came to explaining the process, but other than that, my experience with them was fantastic! I appreciated the weekly updates they sent out as well as someone always getting back to me promptly. Everyone I talked to in my community told me to use them, and I'm so glad I did!

  When my husband and I were ready to find our first home we were recommend to Synergy One Lending. The whole team was so easy to work with and they always gave updates to show where we were in the process. They also were quick to get back to you if there were questions or concerns.   Amazing Amazing and service. I had a unique situation, I was doing an owner carry and had no clue where to start. Alex went over all my options during our consultation and explained everything in terms I could understand. They made the process easy peasy lemon squeezey. From Alyssa at the front desk, to Alex to Mary all bases were covered and I felt taken care of. They went above and beyond and I am eternally grateful. Best experience ever. I can't praise them enough.

  Good experience overall with all the entire Synergy 1 Lending staff. Although at the very beginning, I felt like closing cost was very very expensive, but long story short, at the end of the day they were able to slightly beat Umpqua Bank. The communication is excellent and on point during the entire process. They keep you on the loop with weekly status of what’s going, what’s need to be done and so on. They are also very easy to be reached by phone had you had any questions just about anything. They also can be seen at their downtown offices. Very very convenient process throughout!!! Don’t hestitate to give them a shot if you’re in mortgage financing. Thank you to the entire team on Synergy 1 Lending Alex, Mary, and Madi to make it possible for me to own a piece of pie!!!
