  Guild Mortgage was one of three mortgage firms in Grants Pass that were recommended to us by our realtor. We called all three and got a quote from all three. Guild was the only one from which we received immediate and ongoing, personal attention and, in the end, was able to offer the most beneficial rate and terms. Communication throughout the approval process and beyond was clear and understandable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

  Mary Tillery and her team are phenomenal! She has handled the purchase of our 1st home and the purchase and refi of our second home. I badgered their office with questions and was ALWAYS given a prompt response. She and everyone at Guild are efficient and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to finance a home.

  The folks at Guild Mortgage were exceptionally helpful to us in getting our mortgage. Alex Gardner, Brayden Schmitt and Mary Tillery worked diligently to expedite our mortgage process. We moved to Klamath Falls from out of state and needed our loan process to finish quickly and in an expedient manner. They were very professional and easy to communicate with throughout our dealings. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a house.

  With COVID going on and being in the middle of a deployment these guys worked with me and were completely understanding and helpful. If I had a question they responded quickly and made me feel more comfortable being a first time home buyer. Definitely recommend this place! Outstanding work and customer service!

  My wife and I recently concluded our 2nd purchase of an investment property. The team at Guild mortgage was invaluable at facilitating this. They worked seamlessly with our realtor and made the entire process simple,pleasant and Non intimidating. The staff at Guild mortgage is very supportive through the entire transaction. The personal touch that this couragous team applys to each and every mortgage application makes you feel as if you are special. They do not hesitate to contact you, and bend over backwards In their endeavor. To be specific with my experience Marry is that she knowledgeable and a force to behold within the mortgage community. She does this with grace and levity, and makes you feel so comfortable; That you don't feel like you're being interrogated or being asked to hand over your 1st born child. Do not be intimidated by Alex's deep voice he is actually very caring person with your best interests at heart. He has a thorough understanding of the process and asks pertinent and insightful questions to elicit lengthy information. As with any real estate transaction there are inherent difficulties and pitfalls. The team at Guild mortgage navigated these difficulties with grace. I am confident the flaming hoops they had to jump through took much of their time and when asked about these difficulties they put my mind at ease every time. The fact that I am on a first name basis with these individuals speaks volumes on its own. The entire support staff has been nothing but exemplary and I fully intend to use Guild mortgage for our future investment interests. In my opinion if you're looking to another mortgage Broker in Southern Oregon you'll be selling yourself short and possibly have regrets.
