  I was introduced to Caliber Home Loans after a extremely bad experience with another lender. Dan Doyle was my loan officer and I couldn’t be more pleased to recommend him. Dan was well aware of my previous bad experience with the other lender, he was very attentive to my needs and circumstances. Dan took communication to an entirely new level, answering every question I had. Every request for documents, paperwork or signatures was preceded by a call or text explaining what was needed and why. Because I still had a bad taste in my mouth from the previous lender, it wasn’t unusual for me to message Dan in the evenings or on weekends. Dan always replied back to me immediately with understanding and compassion, answering my questions. Dan was with me from my initial application to the signing of my Title paperwork.
