  Indira was an incredible loan officer! In fact, she was more than just that - she was a FRIEND through my transaction. I was the realtor in the transaction and my client was not terribly tech savvy and struggled a bit under pressure. So retrieving my client’s necessary loan documentation was very challenging. Indira stopped at NOTHING to help my client locate and retrieve the necessary documentation in record timing. She went above and beyond to help our client, when most other loan officers would have given up and left my client to figure it out on their own. She was a blessing to me and my client. As our loan officer, she was the perfect blend of knowledgeable AND good hearted. Thank you again for walking us all through the tough process and staying positive to the very end!   Felipe is very professional and patient. He helped us buy our house and when a week before we closed my credit low because a company reported bad information, Felipe helped me eliminate that report from my credit, when he could not help me to approve my loan without That my terms will change.
