  Mercedes of Alexandria is extremely nice, caring, and accommodating. My service provider gives 100% customer service and is always patient and attentive when I call him. Everything from the showroom, waiting area, restroom is superb, wonderful wonderful service .

  We hit a huge pothole on the 395 at 3 AM on a Saturday as we were traveling north to a resort. Our car was towed to the dealership for us to get a new tire. This dealership let us in the door way before opening hour of 7 AM. By 7 AM we learned the tire was not in stock (AMG special tire) and it was promised to be mounted Monday. They gave us a very nice loaner car and we were off. The best of service, very kind and helpful. Great facility if you are looking for a 5 Star MB dealership. This experience was a testimony to "Mercedes Benz. The Best or Nothing"

  The WORST service i can EVER imagine! All I've got here is disrespect and waste of my time. So, I was planning to buy a car in this location. Beforehand, me and online sales representative had a conversation about the specific car with the stock number and VIN number through emails where we agreed on the purchase price for that specific model. She confirmed that price with her manager before i had to go there to buy it. Right after confirmation I went there to purchase the car. When I came to the dealership, the salesman was waiting for me with the printed papers where the price was mentioned. After test drive I confirmed that I wanted to buy it, however when we went through the numbers he realized that online sales representative gave me a lower price than he expected and he can’t sell for it. It was quite shocking to me that this would happen after all of that. I left the dealership super disappointed without the car, since they didn’t want to sell it for that price we agreed online. 
I have never been in an establishment with such a lack of customer service and disregard for the customer. I will make sure to never refer anyone to this dealership and be sure that everyone knows about the foul business practice at this dealership !

  I've had three different cars serviced by MB of Alexandria, and even though one of the cars itself was an unmitigated disaster, the service experience and willingness of the dealership team to go above and beyond was nearly unheard of in this day and age. I especially want to call-out Jack Lindeman who is not only a gentleman, but knows the cars, knows their common issues, and works with the customer on solutions. Having owned over 40 Mercedes since living in the DC area, this is the best dealership service experience I've had - and it is probably the furthest of the four NoVA dealers from where I live.

  Absolutely the best service department I've experienced in nearly 50 years of driving. Attentive, courteous, knowledgeable staff across the board, all personified by my service rep Chris McGrane. They have always over-delivered in terms of prompt service within the promised time and price.

  I've been coming to Mercedes-Benz Service Dept on S. Pickett for the last 3 years and get wonderful treatment from my service advisor, Malik, as well as the rest of the team. I really appreciate how Malik gives status through text and calls while my car is with them. They also follow up with me after the fact to see if I was satisfied. Kudos to the local Mercedes Service Dept team.

  My car was having engine trouble. I stopped in on Saturday without an appointment. They diagnosed the severe problems and gave me a spot on estimate. Being from out of town, they took it right in that day and began repairs. They kept me constantly updated as the repair progressed. The car was repaired before my vacation was over in time to drive home. I can't say enough positive things about their service personal. They thoroughly inspected my car and made sure it was in perfect condition before I left for my long drive home.

  My most recent visit to Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria was easy and pleasant. Xavier worked with with me to make sure I had a looner until the parts for my vehicle was available. The services personnel at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria are always pleasant and keep me updated on the status of my vehicles .... excellent communication.

  Malik is an awesome service representative. I feel as though we have a partnership. They take great care of my car and I will only allow my car to be serviced by Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. The skill level and Customer Service is unbeatable.
