  I recently purchased a vehicle from Eastern’s Automotive in Alexandria. My sales rep was Mirza. Mirza was extremely helpful and most willing to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. His customer service etiquette is respectful. I made it to the dealership at 10am that morning, and I was there for several hours, actually well into the evening before I made a selection and finalized my purchase. Mirza never made me feel as though he was annoyed with or frustrated by the hours spent, in fact he was determined to make sure I was making the right choice for my needs. I really appreciated and needed that. After my selection was made, he walked me through the logistics of learning my new car. Thank you, Mirza .... Eastern’s Alexandria should be commended for employing such a knowledgeable and pleasant staff member.
