  This hometown business is user friendly, very efficient, and progressive. There is a team concept from knowing the clients, their business, and being involved frequently in community activities. To have the best answer about insurance on the Olympic Peninsula do use Castell Insurance.

  Phil Castell and his team are professional, attentive and customer-oriented. When my husband was without health insurance, my first call was to Phil and he provided us with the resources to make an informed decision and did all of the leg work on our behalf to enroll. He is a top notch human being and went above and beyond to tend to our needs! Thank you Phil and all at Castell for making “adulting” not so scary!

  Buying a vacation home in Sequim and couldn't get a second policy out of our current carrier. They never even bothered to call us back to tell us they declined to offer us coverage. We had to call them. Our realtor referred us to Castell Ins and we received quick and friendly service immediately. We had a quote within a few hours and our home loan can now be processed. Customer service is at its finest.

  We just moved to Sequim and decided to build our retirement home. This required us to get a homeowner insurance, so I googled for insurance companies in Sequim. We found that Castell Insurance had a 5 star rating on over 65 plus reviews. We decided to visit their office. As usual, Sequim community was very welcoming as exhibited by James. He was in the middle of celebrating their Argyle Day in their office, and he stepped away to take care of us. He listened and understood what our needs were for our new home. He also asked about our auto insurance and he thought he could give us better coverage. He was very quick to get us a quote for our homeowner and auto insurance. Due to his thorough research and cost savings with increased coverage for the same amount we were previously paying on the auto insurance, we couldn’t be more pleased to have our homeowner and auto insurance with Castell Insurance.   I retired to Sequim 5 years ago. I'm so happy to have the Castell team working for me. They are friendly and knowledgable and have helped me with all my isurance needs. They let me know when there's a better deal for me and quick to respond to any questions I might have. Great people! They know their stuff!

  I'm from out of state and needed insurance for a piece of property in Sequim. My current insurer's rep was not super helpful or knowledgeable and although she gave me the name and number of an office in Sequim I was reluctant to trust her judgment. When I googled insurance options I came across the many 5 star reviews for Castell Insurance. James was amazing. So cheerful and approachable on the phone - not resenting I had asked for help during a winter weather day. He did his research and got me insured within less than 24 hours - and that included hunting for options in my home state: something my own home insurer did not do. Thanks James!
