Brianna1I have never had such a poor USBank experience than I did here on 3/4/22 4:02 PM on a Friday I walked up to the drive up teller after the vehicle in front of me to do a simple cash withdrawal in order to make a purchase on a vehicle I traveled for expecting the branch to be open till 5 not 4. The lovely teller told me she was closed and couldn’t help me despite walking up right after the last vehicle that was being helped. Incredibly frustrated and annoyed if I didn’t like my local branch I would be closing all of my accounts. I have personal and business checking with this bank for 15 years.

Lynn Bender1have been trying to reach someone in order to access my safety box for over 2 week...was told they are short staffed and lobby closed. Drive thru teller took my name to be called bbut have yet to hear from them. Called 800 number and same issue...no one gets back to me. Today I searched for other nearby branches to see if I could contact a person at one of them....all the branches on the Olympic Peninsula have closed lobbies (drive-thru only)...even Seattle is w/o any access to banking. This is utterly unbelievable!!

Brady Combs5They’re super helpful and kind to me. I’ve been banking with them since I was 17, and they’ve been awesome ever since. They helped me set up a credit card and a savings both in one day. I should also add that They really made me more comfortable owning a credit card. I was adamant about getting one at first, but they helped me understand how to safely use it and be smart with it. Thank you guys for all your help👍

David Meier1This is got to be the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I was there at 9 for an appointment this morning and was ignored at the door was not greeted or even spoken to. They continued to keep the door locked even though I had an appointment my daughter travel across the state to sign some papers so now the trip was wasted because they wouldn't even let me in the front door they ended up calling the police because I knocked on the door several times and got no response at which point I left the cops contacted me we went back to the bank I was trespassed from the bank and that Bankers would still not come out and communicate with me they have took it upon themselves and said they would close my account and it would send me a check if this is the way they treat people is that bank I'm sorry for you people

Wendy5Always kind and helpful. NEVER call the toll free customer service number, they are awful. Deal directly with the bank, they are always friendly and helpful and give me plenty options when I need credit or loans. I currently have a mortgage, line of credit, reserve account, checking and savings accounts. I'm a happy customer!

I have been a customer since 1992, had a mortgage with them and now have an equity loan, two checking accounts and a money market account. Great business.
