  I closed on my first home-purchase three days ago with Mariia. My family has never had positive experiences in real-estate and so my bias going into the experience was that I wouldn't be able to fully trust anyone. I was immediately struck by how available and helpful Mariia was. She was always down to have a discussion about any technical or financial issue related to real estate. She was always honest about areas in which she had less experience or knowledge but I was generally very impressed by her understanding and clarity of explanations on any issue. This strong communication was also present on all of our online interactions. Caliber has a good web portal for its loan process (I have a high bar) and uses DocuSign and other modern tools for streamlining the legal processes. Mariia and her team were very transparent about their fee structure and once we had agreement on working together I felt like they were fighting to get me the best deal possible and ensure I had timely knowledge of all relevant processes and choices I had to make. At first I was skeptical that a local lender would be able to provide a better service at a better rate than a large bank or credit union. I couldn't have been more wrong. Most of these local lenders are solely focused on mortgages and offer a quality of service that totally eclipses anything you'll get at a bank (unless you're mega rich in which case you're not reading this review). I was pretty confused going into this process and it's hard for me to imagine what it would have been like working with anyone else. I'm very, very grateful I was connected with Mariia and her team.

  I’m so happy I just bought my first home! I am so lucky to have worked with Mariia and Erin at Caliber. After talking to several people online for bigger companies and comparing, I was immediately relieved to have my realtor point me to this local lender, especially after talking to Mariia on the phone. She went over everything in detail and broke down all the financial details so I could understand exactly what I needed to do. She made an overwhelming task feel much simpler and completely doable for this first time single buyer! I knew I could trust Mariia right away, she was honest and is an expert in her field. Every time I had a question I got a quick response from Mariia and Erin and they were happy to help me. These two helped make my home owning dream come true and anyone who works with them will thank they’re lucky stars!!!

  Working with Mariia was amazing!! She was so friendly and helpful along the way. I am a first-time buyer, so I had a lot of questions and she was always available to answer them. I'm also an out of state buyer and Mariia had really good intel on the market, which was much appreciated! I shopped around quite a bit, and was very happy with my choice going with Mariia. Highly recommend!
