  I have used Caliber Home Loans several times. More importantly, Gerrad Nucci and Garrett Smithson are the best in the business! They don’t take no for an answer, are precise and extremely knowledgeable in an ever changing business of home loan. Most importantly for me in this type of business is they are honest people with a strong positive presence in our community. I will continue to use them for my home loan needs.

  Gerad was the key. I told him a couple times that I was likely to go with a different lender, and that I did not want to waste his time running my application. I am very skittish about any thing I perceive as high pressure sales, but he was very patient, pointed out things to look for, and assured me that Caliber did not mind spending time on my app to have a chance at my business, even though I suggested that I was pretty sure I was going with Ally. When Ally did something that broke my trust, Gerad was there, ready to go. I believe he even put in time while he was on vacation. Great job, and thank you Gerad. Caliber, you should have Gerad give a clinic about bringing a customer home that has said "no" a couple times.

  Mariia walked us through the process of our refinance making it much easier. She and her assistant were available and helpful as I gathered documents and clarified questions.   It was a Sunday afternoon and we'd found a house we loved. We knew that, if we didn't submit an offer immediately, this gem would go to someone else. Our current mortgage company was incommunicado and we were panicking. We turned to Mariia Bush at Caliber Loans and everything started to fall into place. We quickly got our pre-approval, made our offer, had it accepted, and proceeded with all the subsequent steps to procure our sweet house. I have to admit that problems arose along the way -- with us, not with Caliber -- and one was quite serious. Mariia mobilized the Caliber legal team in Seattle and they resolved it for us. We always felt that we were dealing with honest people who clearly put our best interests first and foremost. I simply can't recommend Caliber and Mariia Bush highly enough.

  Kelly Raymond Sager at Caliber Home Loans went above and beyond to help us with our unique and somewhat complex home buying situation. She was highly communicative, was sure we understood everything and answered questions promptly. It was our first home buying experience with a loan and we felt supported each step of the way.   Working with Mariia was an absolute pleasure. She conducted herself throughout the entire process with a measured balance of professionalism and warmth that resulted in a smooth buying experience. Considering that I was buying my home from overseas, Mariia was creative and flexible in making sure that shifting time zones and thousands of miles caused no delay my loan creation.
