  Elizabeth helped me the other day when I went in for a loan. She answered all my questions and gave me alternative to pay loan quickly.   Juanita is awesome!!!! She works with you to find a solution and she is very patient. She should train people. She is the definition of costumer service!!! Also the store has good payment plan and a referal bonus of $100. Pretty awesome if you ask me.

  I went there to make a PAYMENT. There were 2 people there, one was in the back and one was working with another lady. I waited over 25 minutes to make a simple payment. That’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to wait that long to make a payment on my loan when there are enough people there to help me. Very disappointed!
