  I’ve been coming here for years. Alisha is the best. She had some crazy woman yelling at her and demanding Alisha to get her the loan amount she applied for. I heard this woman yelling at her and she was professional and patient with this crazy woman because I was there and Alisha was professional and I heard her screaming at Alisha, from the phone demanding she better get this loan amount. No matter how calm she was this crazy woman yells got louder and louder. Alisha did nothing wrong. She is the best and extremely patient and professional.

  I applied for a loan yesterday and submitted my documents shortly after. I had to submit my paperwork twice. When I called several times today to find out the status of my application, I was hung up on a few times and then left on hold for over 10 minutes. I spoke to Alisha; the Office Manager and she was very rude on the phone. She used accounts on my credit report that were either closed or deferred when calculating my Debt-to-Income Ratio, and when I asked about she told me that this was the information she had and I can either accept it or not.

  I've never had a loan before and was told by a friend to come here and I'm glad I did. They are so friendly and nice, I now only go to them for my loans when I need them. And to top it off I like how they kept my 2 year old entertained, they are super friendly and understanding when 2 year olds get a little restless and fussy.

  The staff was very helpful to me explaining what I could do and what I couldn’t do but it a way that was very helpful As long as you make your payment on time they will work with you if you need them again
