  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PERIOD!!!! My rating and review has nothing to do with the employees that work here, it's the company itself. I went in to one different location and twice at this location each time I was told to come in. They would work with me and they have new things to possibly get you money all 3 times. I wasted time from work and still walked out with nothing 30 to 45 minutes waiting just to be turned away when I had every document that was asked for, I would not recommend my best friend to deal with the cash store at any location again, it's not the employees it's the company itself!

  I don't blame this location. The people were nice. It's the corporate side I have a disagreement with. Send you bogus mail saying you are pre approved. The use Cottonwood Financial and Treemack Funding Group who uses stuff over 7 years old on my credit report and denied. Go to World Finance or Guaranteed Loan company. Both are more likely to give you a loan than The cash store. Interest rates are half of the cash store.

  Explain to the employee at the store my situation over the phone. Told him what documents I had and if I could get approved. My vehicle was having complications so I rented one to come to the store once I was advice to come in with what I had. Once I show up he explains I need more when I told him over the phone what I had. Loan was for a vehicle repair. I rented a vehicle to come waste my time. If they gave more training to employees I could of heard everything over the phone and saved my rental money. If I could give 0 stars I would. We need the money you need the profits be truthful and don’t bait me for a title loan.

  When applying please have bank statements already printed out. I was told I can show mine through my cellphone, but employee asked me to send it to my email so she can print. Within 2 seconds of logging into my email she changed my password without my consent and luckily received a notification. I don't know the purpose was of doing that, but it is a violation of privacy.

  Stay Away from this place!! They will rip you off with a bunch of nonsense... made a big payment last month on the top of the fee to bring the balance down and get a better biweekly payment but now, they are saying that they don't see it... and that the last 2 payments were going to "just interest" please think it twice before doing business with these loan sharks

  very wonderful team Alexia and Celeste , They are very helpful and it is nice place ....Off course 5 stars are not enough for them and if there are 10 stars , I will give them.

  This is by far the best location in all of Houston. i have had a dozen loans with them since 2015 & they are straight forward.
