  Amazing customer service. I believe the customer service is worth the visit more than the actual loan. I went in today and didn’t get approved because of my bank, but the visit was still worth it Amir and Dennise were great down to earth people. I left and didn’t ever realize I walked out without getting approved. These are the type of people you need leading your company.

  This place is a total fraud,they tell you all you need is a valid ID and a clear title and thats it. Once they get you started filling out paperwork all of a sudden they want to look at your car which is not unreasonable in itself but then they want you to fill out all these questions give references and then they run your credit which they don't bother to tell you they do and then the computer decides if you get approved or not when they tell you at the very beginning all you need is a valid ID and a clear title and you can get a loan total bulls***t I would give it a negative five stars if I could

  DO NOT come here. They are full of BS. There should be a 0 STAR option because that is what they deserve. They say it is mainly income based but at the end the do a credit check and go by credit approval only. Don't believe their LIES. You are better off going to a pawn shop and get a loan there, they don't bull**** with all this nonsense paperwork and credit checks. Wouldn't be surprised if they sell your info to a second or third party since they want all kinds of personal information from you or worse identity theft. BIG MISTAKE and a WASTE of time coming here.

  I will never go to this Cash Store again! The store is suppose to be open until 3pm today, I arrived BEFORE 3pm and was refused service! I understand it was cloise to closing but it was enough time to make a payment to pay my loan off so that I will not have to pay 3 extra days of interest! I will never refer anyone to this Cash Store location and I will never do business there again! Never go this Cash Store!
