  Brenda is literally the best person! I wasn’t having such a good day to start, not did she help get what I needed but made it easy to understand and made me feel special. Sometimes all you need is someone to nice to ya! Thank you Cash store hiring Brenda!!!

  5 stars for the in house customer service...but the time I waisted when this company sent me a paper in the mail saying I was pre approved to only get there and find that was a lie. Please use another way to get new customers to come to the cash store. Stop lying saying that I was pre approved...I don't like waisting my time. Plus how did this company get my information in the first place. I never applied or inquired about a loan.

  Never met a group of customer service representatives who always have the best, friendliest demeanor. They greet you by name, and seem to always remember their customer's stories, so when you walk through that door, it's "hey, how was your trip". I love this location. You guys are all amazing!! Way to make a customer feel special durning hard times!! Great Job!

  Recently posted a complaint over Regional Manager, Veronica in need of improvement and respecting her customers. Very upset at Corporate for not taking affirmative action. Will complain and sue if nothing gets done. Very dissatisfied! I have taken the time to write to CEO, Trevor Ahlberg about my experience with the Cash Store through his company, Cottonwood Financial. I have left complaints and no affirmation has been made regarding the incident Regional Manager for District 12, Veronica has caused.

  I'm very sceptical about this place!!! First of all I need use they computer to print the bank statement this was the only away could be done. Second I was very worried about sign a bunch of papers, without I knew what they are offering me, I was kind of forced to signed the papers, and agreed with everything, so they can give me a answer. The interest it's ABSURD 581%, $25 for every $100, I was planning get $1500, the payment will be 12× 368,26=$4419.12. In the end they said my income wasn't enough. I was grateful for that!!! I hope it don't bite me in the butt late. The girl Kayla I believe she was doing her job very well. I'm relieved I didn't get any money from them.

  Very nice place. The women are always nice and polite and respectful. I actually love going in there to be around friendly people. Can't wait to go back...Clarissa, Coraima, and Veronica May God bless y'all...🙌🙏💯😁
