  Both Stephanie and Jayme are so friendly, personable, and helpful! They are definitely experts with the required paperwork, etc. My husband and I were there recently, and I told both young ladies that they have such great personalities that I almost forgot I was there to borrow money!   Jayme is always so great to me when i come and extremely friendly. When I initially got my loan, She was very helpful and clearly explained everything and i felt confident that I knew what I was doing because this is probably the most adult thing I’ve done

  The store manager Jayme went above and beyond. She really tried to push through any obstacles that developed. Company has sketchy policies though if you actually read the agreements. LAST RESORT MONEY.

  I enjoy coming to the helotes store. The store is always clean. The store manager jamie is just the best. She always look for ways to help the customers. She deserve a raise. The asst store manager stephanie help out a lot also.but jamie is my favorite
