  This company has yet to catch up with the times. No over the phone payments and no online payments. And make sure you and your kids use the restroom before arriving. They make no exceptions for paying customers. I will not be using this service ever again.

  I applied for a loan with less than perfect credit and did not get turned down. They wanted to help me build my credit and worked it out so I could walk away with some money and once again establish credit. Thank you Western Finance for helping me out when others would not.

  This place is very awesome I recommend this place if you need a loan, wanna build up your credit, or even to get your taxes done right this is the place . Kristina Lopez is super sweet and nice she's always willing to answer any questions. I won't be going anywhere else. This is the only place for me.

  Friendly Staff and never having to wait always greeted with a welcoming hello. I give this location a 5star because their customer service is on point. Only downfall is payments are not accepted over the phone.

  Very easy to get loan.Was going to get 100 dollar loan , qualifed,but they didn't take resident card for application process,was told by manager- Herman,that if I went and got my state ID he would approve a increase of 150,wow.Got came BK the next day and guess what?, Herman kept his dang word🙂 Very rare theses days especially with loan company's.Looking forward to making payment nxt week.Very good loan company.
