  Casey worked so hard to make sure I got into the perfect house for me and my boys! He did 2 consultations with me before I even had a clue if I'd be able to own a house on my own and figured out what I would need to get into one.   My fiancé and I found a house online that we loved on a Sunday afternoon. I reached out to Casey as he came recommended by a family member, just to start the process. I assumed that particular house would be gone before we would be in a position to put an offer on it. To my absolute surprise, Casey had us preapproved the very next day and we were able to put a competitive offer in which was accepted by Tuesday. The process could not have been easier, quicker, or more professional. Casey is always available to answer any questions right away, but we didn’t have many because he was so thorough with his explanations of the process. Now we’re less than a week away from closing on this beautiful home! I genuinely could not be happier with our experience and I will definitely be recommending Casey and his team to anyone looking to buy a home.

  We had a really wonderful experience. Third time home buyers here and the service was just top notch compared to the previous lender we used. I was fortunate to get the help of Casey. Absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped answer our questions round the clock and there was never a moment where I was worried a question might be silly to ask. Extremely timely and professional. Was truly a delightful experience for something that was stressful during our past two home purchases. We would highly recommend this company!

  Casey and his team are the standard bearers for lenders in the Chattanooga area. While most other lenders run from buyers that are self employed, Casey handled it easily. He’s knowledgeable, helpful and offers excellent service no matter how difficult the task. I recommend using him for any and all mortgage needs
