  I can’t say enough good things about Pinnacle Bank at 801 Broad Street. We moved our business accounts to pinnacle from Bank of America even though we were with Bank of America for 20 years and we had multiple problems and constant poor customer service. I often wondered what it would be like to have $50 million and have a banker give you excellent service and answer your every need. Well, you don’t have to have $50 million because as soon as we moved over our funds to pinnacle and worked with Nora Mccorkel… We were delightfully surprised to see how great the customer service turned out to be. They are consistently very professional and they truly care about our accounts and everything about our business and I would highly recommend you give them a try.

  I absolutely love this branch! They make me feel like im family every time I visit. Julie is so sweet and Shannon is super nice. My financial advisor Nora goes above and beyond. I highly recommend anyone looking to switch banks give these guys a shout. 10/10 I’d recommend to a friend!
