  Nathaniel and Land Home Financial are great. We felt like we received the friendliest group of people to walk us through our new home loan. Nathaniel was available to us whenever we needed. He answered our questions much quicker than our last home loan financed, which was through a bank. We were given documents the day before closing to review. We were then able to electronically sign many of those documents the morning of closing in order to cut down on physical signatures. It was a smooth and enjoyable process. We recommend Nathaniel Hubbard and Land Home Financial for any of your financing needs.

  Nathaniel made the process of financing our home purchase as easy as possible. Having dealt with banks in the past, it was refreshing to be able to call Nathaniel whenever I had questions, unlike a bank where you are passed around from underwriter to underwriter. Also, with Land Home servicing the loan I know it won't be shotgunned out to the highest bidder like our last mortgage was. I can't recommend Nathaniel and Land Home Financial enough. Professional, friendly, the best rate, and great advice.
