  The Fort Oglethorpe, Ga branch is an AWESOME place to do business. I had a situation and had to call to have it resolved, I spoke with Elyse and she assured me everything would be taken care of. I was so upset that I had overlooked something but she was so kind and calmed me down immediately. Elyse went above and beyond to make sure that my problem was handled and even called another branch to alert them. Every time I have a personal interaction with anyone at this branch it is an absolute pleasure.

  I have been at this bank for the past 15 years, excellent service each and every time. Allison Melton is super nice, goes above and beyond to take care of her customer needs. I really appreciate each and everyone of them to make our life easier

  I LOVE this bank. They are the most helpful and amazing customer oriented bank you will come across. The tellers Ally and Allison always greet everyone by name and with a smile . They truly make going into a bank a pleasant experience. I’ve been going here for years and would highly recommend!

  We really liked this bank when we first chose it but the past 6 months they make our account go in the negative so they can charge the 36 dollar late fee every time we get a paycheck . Also they deactive my debit card for fraud detection without telling me so when I go to pay for something my card does not work . Also the lady at the middle teller desk at the Benton/ Ocoee location is very unprofessional and very unfriendly .

  First Volunteer is truly Chattanoogas community bank. All of the employees at the main office are amazing. Shaina, the branch manager has gone above and beyond in helping us through many decisions and moves to make with our finances!
