  Referred to me by my realtor. Alexis Adams with Cardinal Financial was very helpful, attentive, and caring. As a first time home buyer I knew very little about the process, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I understood each step and was aware of what was going on constantly. 10/10 I will absolutely use Alexis again, and refer my friends and relatives to her and Cardinal Financial. I could not have asked for a better lender. Every step of the way she was there, I never had to worry about anything. The closing gift was so cute! Thank you Alexis, for new home!

  Alexis was extremely helpful in my home buying process! This is the second time that I have worked with Alexis on a home loan. She was extremely responsive, fought to get the best deal for me, and she is as kind as can be! Alexis is also very good at learning her clients, so she knows that I would benefit from more frequent updates on the status, and she was regularly reaching out to me proactively via text and email to make sure that I was well aware of the status and timeline. I couldn't ask for anyone better!

  Loved working with, Alexis Adams! There's so many great things to note but above all.. Incredibly knowledgeable to first time home buyer's, patient and super supportive. Process is definitely involved and daunting to newbies as myself. If I had to it again I'd want Alexis above all on my side moving forward.. Of course along with my ace Realtor.. Can't go wrong with, Alexis!

  I had the pleasure of working with Alexis to close on my very first home. She was very engaged from the beginning and stayed eager to help with anything she could. She went above and beyond in helping me figure things out even if they weren't directly related to the loan. Communication was outstanding and she was moving things along incredibly fast. I expected headaches buying my first home but it was the complete opposite - everything made easy by working with great people.

  My husband and I used Alexis for our refinance. Alexis answered all our questions, did a great job of explaining how the process would work, and was all very commutative on how things were going. The “Octane” system Cardinal uses is very user friendly and really allowed us to close way earlier then we could have thought! We are very happy we had Alexis and the Cardinal team helping us. We highly recommend them to anyone having mortgages needs. Even if you’re not 100% sure, contact Alexis and let her review your situation!

  Alexis was AMAZING!! My buyer had started out with another lender for her home financing. After several extensions we switched to Alexis. This was by far one of the fastest and easiest transactions I've had in a while. Communication was top notch! Look forward to working with Alexis again!
