She made herself available even after hours for things that came up and communicated with me promptly every step of the way. The online portal and smartphone app allowed me to easily e-sign documents, submit my sensitive documents and financial information securely and verify receipt. Connie's attention to the fluctuating rates during the process saved me money. Her knowledge of the process and relationship with all the local entities involved in the purchase process saved me time and headache as she coordinated with them directly.
