  Very smooth process, helpful and professional. It was my first time buying a house without a real estate agent and Ryan and his team could not have make it any easier for me. They help me on every step of the process and they are easy to communicate with. We close in my new house in lest than a month. I would recommend them to everyone buying a house, they really take care of their clients.

  Ryan and his wonderful team are such caring and helpful people. They help to create a full picture of what is needed throughout all steps of the process for a Mortgage loan. They are so professional, and they make the whole experience so much less stressful than I believe any other lender might be able to. If you have questions the whole team is there to step up, and they are glad to answer the questions to the best of their ability. If they do not know the answer to your questions, they will make sure and find the answer. Dealing with GMFS Team Ryan was and is a pleasure.
